I have been a Real Estate Agent living in Heritage Eagle Bend for 16 years and have represented numerous buyers and sellers over the years. I am extremely familiar with all HEB has to offer and will gladly do an in-depth tour of the 37,000 clubhouse and facilities with buyer prospects that usually takes about an hour before we preview homes on the market which consist of detached single family, duplexes and fourplexes.

If you need a loan to purchase I have two lender team members who are the best at what they do. One is the Executive Vice President of First Bank, a Colorado based bank. The other is the Office Manager of the Tech Center office of SWBC mortgage, a national mortgage banker. You would work with local lending officials that do all their own underwriting right here in Denver. Very important.

As a former custom home builder, I have access to the best remodel contractors available. Many of our homes have been remodeled over the years but many also have not.
